When the communication between the PSU and the PMU is interrupted, the PMU cannot monitor the PSU, and the PSU related alarms cannot be reported to the PMU.
If this alarm occurs to all of the PSUs installed, go to Step [3]; if otherwise, check whether the PSU has been installed.
