Possible Causes

  • The voltage input to the PSU is too low.
  • The PSU fails.

Procedure

  1. Check the voltage input to the PSU

    Check whether the voltage input to the PSU is lower than the threshold.

    Y=>Check whether the upper level power supply is normal.

    N=>Go to Step 2.

  2. Replace the PSU

    Replace the PSU if faulty. View whether the alarm is cleared.

    Y=> The alarm handling ends.

    N=> Huawei Customer Service Center.
