The BTS services, independent E1 services, or the remote maintenance are interrupted.
If the working mode of the DMCM with an IASU is E1 transmission, and the E1 port is idle, this alarm may be generated. Set the working mode of the DMCM to optical transmission and reset the DMCM, or delete the IASU in the data configuration system.
Check whether the alarm is cleared.
Y=> The alarm handling is complete.
N=> Go to Step 2.
The alarm may be generated when the DOMU resets. Observe the indicator or analyze the log to judge whether the DOMU resets.
Y=> After the DOMU resets, the alarm is cleared. The alarm handling is complete.
N=> Go to Step 3.
Check the settings of the IASU that corresponds to the alarm Sub No. Delete the services that are not available actually. Then check whether the alarm is cleared.
Y=> The alarm handling is complete.
N=> The cause cannot be located. Please contact Huawei Customer Service Center.
