Impact on the System

failed to start last time

System Actions

None.

Possible Causes

  • (1). The database fails to be restored last time.
  • (2). The database is restored successfully but the service processing module on the OMU fails to be started last time.
  • Note: If the database fails to be restored (or the database is restored successfully but the service processing module on the OMU fails to be started) for the Nth time and the OMU fails to be started before the database restoration for the (N+1)th time, the alarm is generated when the OMU is started successfully for the (N+2)th time. In this case, the alarm is generated because of the failure for the Nth time rather than the failure for the (N+1)th time.

Procedure

  1. None.
