Description

This alarm is reported when the temperature of the driving board of the heat exchanger is abnormal, or the outer circulation fan is faulty.

Impact on the System

  • If the heat exchanger stops working completely, the temperature inside the cabinet will rise until the over temperature protection of the cabinet is triggered. The services will be interrupted.
  • Note:
  • The heat exchanger can work in either DC or AC power supply. Therefore, it only stops working completely when both DC and AC power supply fail.

System Actions

None.

Possible Causes

  • The temperature of the driving board of the heat exchanger is higher than 68 oc or lower than -4 oc.
  • The outer circulation fan is faulty (The running speed is less than 600 rotation/second).

Procedure

  1. Check if there is a heat exchanger temperature alarm.

    Y=>Go to Step 2.

    N=>Go to Step 5.

  2. Check the temperature of other modules in the cabinet to see if it is too high or too low.

    Y=>Go to Step 3.

    N=>Please contact Huawei Customer Service Center.

  3. Check if the heat exchanger is faulty.

    Y=>Go to Step 4.

    N=>The heat exchanger is normal,Please contact Huawei Customer Service Center.

  4. Replace the heat exchanger.

  5. Check if the outer circulation fan is faulty.

    Y=>Go to Step 6.

    N=>Please contact Huawei Customer Service Center.

  6. Replace the outer circulation fan and see if the alarm is cleared.

    Y=>The alarm is cleared. Alarm handling is completed.

    N=>The alarm is not cleared,Please contact Huawei Customer Service Center.
