Impact on the System

One or more fans stops and the heat dissipation function reduces when the alarm is reported. All other normal fans auto run in full speed after the alarm.

None.

Possible Causes

  • The fans in the fan box are faulty.
  • Cable distribution of the fans is faulty.
  • The control board in the fan box is faulty.

Procedure

  1. Replace the fan.
    1. Replace the fan.
    2. Check whether the alarm is cleared:

      Y => The alarm is cleared. The alarm handling ends.

      N => The alarm is not cleared. Contact Huawei Customer Service Center.
