Description

The temperature of the BBU is higher than the upper threshold or lower than the lower threshold. 0:the temperature at the air inlet of the fan is higher than the upper threshold. 1:the temperature at the air inlet of the fan is lower than the lower threshold.

Possible Causes

The ambient temperature is too high or too low;
The temperature sensor is faulty;
The fan board is faulty.

Procedure

Check whether the ambient temperature is higher than the upper temperature threshold.
Y=> Adjust the temperature in the equipment room. Go to step 4;

N=> Go to step 2.
Check whether the fan fault alarm is reported on the LMT.
Y=> Replace the faulty fan board. Go to step 4;

N=> Go to step 3.
Reset the fan board. Check whether the alarm is cleared.
Y=> The alarm handing ends;

N=> Replace the fan.
Check whether the alarm is cleared.
Y=> The alarm handing ends;

N=> Contact Huawei Customer Service Center.
