The humidity values are invalid for successive 60 seconds and the alarms are reported; Or, the humidity is higher than the over humidity threshold for successive 60 seconds; or the humidity is lower than the under threshold for successive 60 seconds;

Procedure

  1. Check whether this is a sensor invalid alarm based on the alarm tributary number. If so, go to a; if no, check whether this is an overtemperature alarm. If so, go to b; if no, go to c.

    3. Check whether the humidity sensor is connected properly.

      Y=> Go to Step 4.

    5. Check whether the cable is connected properly.

      Y=> Go to Step 6.

      N=> Go to Step 5.

    6. Replace the cable.
    7. Replace the environment sensor and check whether the alarm is cleared.

      Y=> The alarm is cleared. The alarm handling is complete.

      N=> Go to Step 7.

    8. Reset the fan control board and check whether the alarm is cleared.

      Y=> The alarm is cleared. The alarm handling is complete.

      N=> Go to Step 8.

    9. Replace the fan control board.
    10. Ambient Humidity Too High
    11. Check whether the humidity value is proper.

      Y=> Go to Step 3.

      N=> Go to Step 2.

    12. Check whether the humidity value and the actual value are consistent.

      N=> Go to Step 4.

    13. Reset the fan control board and check whether the alarm is cleared.

      Y=> The alarm is cleared. The alarm handling is complete.

      N=> Go to Step 4.

    14. Replace the humidity sensor and check whether the alarm is cleared.

      Y=> The alarm is cleared. The alarm handling is complete.

      N=> Go to Step 5.

    15. Replace the fan control board.
    16. Ambient Humidity Too Low
    17. Check whether the humidity value is lower than the alarm threshold.

      Y=> Go to Step 3.

      N=> Go to Step 7.

    18. Check whether the humidity value and the actual value are consistent.

      N=> Go to Step 4.

    19. Reset the fan control board +CQ22 and check whether the alarm is cleared.

      Y=> The alarm is cleared. The alarm handling is complete.

      N=> Go to Step 4.

    20. Replace the humidity sensor and check whether the alarm is cleared.

      Y=> The alarm is cleared. The alarm handling is complete.

      N=> Go to Step 5.

    21. Replace the fan control board.
