The door status voltage and the alarm voltage are consistent for 20 seconds.

Check the status of the cabinet door.
1. Check whether the cabinet door is open:
  Y=> The cabinet door is open. Check whether the equipment room and the equipment are damaged. Repair the equipment room and the equipment if there are any damaged.
  
  N => The cabinet is closed. Go to procedure 2.
Check the door status sensor and the cable connected to the sensor.
1. Check the sensor and the cable.
2. Check whether the sensor or the cable is faulty:
  Y => Go to step c.
  
  N => Contact Huawei Customer Service Center.
3. Replace the faulty sensor or reconnect the sensor cable.
4. Check whether the door status alarm is cleared:
  Y => The alarm is cleared. The alarm handling ends.
  
  N => The alarm is not cleared. Contact Huawei Customer Service Center.
