Check whether the signaling links to the DSP are configured
On the LMT, choose BSC Maintenance > Maintain Transmission and Signaling > Maintain MTP3 Link.?
In the displayed window, enter values for parameters such as Subrack No., Slot No. and Link No. and check whether the link is available.
