Check whether the signaling links are unavailable for more than six seconds

On the LMT, choose BSC Maintenance > Maintain Transmission and Signaling > Maintaining MTP2 Links.

In the displayed dialog box, enter values for the parameters such as Subrack No., Slot No. and Link No. Then click Query and check if the link is available.
