If t2 (timer not aligned) expires, ensure that the data configuration is correct and the links are normal.
If t3 (timer alignment ready) expires, contact the destination point, and find out why the destination point does not response to the location messages of the local office.
If the cause value is AERM (high error rate), repair the transmission links.
