1) Log in to the LMT and then choose Alarm Maintenance > Browse Alarm. Then, view the Subrack No. in the alarm location information to determine the location of the subrack.
2) Set the multimeter to the voltage position.
3) Use the multimeter to check whether the voltage between the subrack and the busbar is zero.
Y => The voltage is zero. The subrack is properly grounded.
N => The voltage is not zero. The subrack is improperly grounded.
