1) Log in to the LMT and then choose Alarm Maintenance > Browse Alarm. Then, view the Subrack No., Slot No., and Port No. in the alarm location information to determine the locations of the BSC interface board and of the port.
2) Find the corresponding DB44 port of the BSC interface board.
3) Check whether the E1/T1 cable on the DB44 port is loosened, detached, or damaged.
4) Check whether the other end of the E1/T1 cable is loosened, detached, or damaged.
