1) Log in to the BSC6000 Local Maintenance Terminal.
2) Right-click a TRX and choose Modify Management Status on the shortcut menu.
The Modify Management Status dialog box is displayed.
3) Choose Unlock in the Modified Status drop down list.
4) Click Apply.
