1) Start the SMT.
2) Double-click "Cell/Change Cell Management State". The Change Cell Management State dialog box is displayed.
3) Select LOCKED to block the cell in the coverage of the faulty antenna. The blocking priority and response time are subject to the fault level and actual requirements.
4) Click OK to block the corresponding cell.
