Check whether the CIC configuration (for example, the number of configured CICs or the CIC scope) in the BSC is consistent with that in the MSC

Log in to the LMT.

Click the BSC Attributes tab.

In the Other Data area, click Timeslot of E1/T1 Int. In the View E1/T1 window, click the A Interface E1/T1 tab.

According to the CIC in the alarm information, check whether the CIC exists in the data configuration.
