Check whether the circuit state configured in the BSC is consistent with that configured in the MSC

Log in to the LMT.

Click the BSC Attributes tab.

In the Other Data area, click Timeslot of E1/T1 Int. In the View E1/T1 window, click the A Interface E1/T1 tab.

According to the CIC in the alarm information, check whether the Timeslot Type of the CIC is NULL.
