Removing Alarm Shields

This describes how to remove alarm shields according to alarm shield conditions.

Prerequisites

The LMT runs normally.
The communication between the LMT and the BSC is normal.

Context

The alarm shield conditions consist of alarm ID, alarm object, and all the associated alarms of the alarm object. The alarm object can be categorized into site, cell, and BSC board.

Procedure

Run the RMV OBJALMSHLD command on the Local Maintenance Terminal to remove alarm shields.
