This describes how to query and modify the GSCU reference clock.
Prerequisites
- The LMT runs normally.
- The communication between the LMT and the BSC is normal.
- The GSCU board is running normally.
Context
The GSCU reference clock can be a GGCU backplane reference clock, GGCU panel reference clock, and line clock.
If you disable the GSCU reference clock, no unified reference clock is available for the related subrack, thus affecting the service.
- For the GMPS, only the GGCU backplane reference clock can be used as the GSCU reference clock.
- For the GEPS, only the GGCU panel reference clock can be used as the GSCU reference clock.
- For the GTCS, only the line clock can be used as the GSCU reference clock, and the line clock must be configured for this subrack.
Procedure
- Run the LST SCUCLK command on the LMT to query the GSCU reference clock.
- Run the MOD SCUCLK command on the LMT to modify the GSCU reference clock.
