An OM command that queries the status of a specified MTP link.

INUSE	Indicates whether the link is carrying services. Value range: YES, NO.
FAULTY	This parameter specifies whether the MTP2 link where this MTP3 link is located is faulty. Value range: YES, NO. When the MTP2 link is faulty, it cannot be used to carry services.
BLOCKED	Indicates whether the link is blocked. Value range: YES, NO.
ACTIVATED	Indicates whether the link is activated. Value range: YES, NO.
LOCALINHIBITED	Indicates whether the link is locally inhibited. Value range: YES, NO.
REMOTEINHIBITED	Indicates whether the link is remotely inhibited. Value range: YES, NO.
CONGESTION	Indicates whether the link is congested. Value range: YES, NO.
