An OM command that enables the board that controls the RET antenna to control the RET antenna.
1. The MML client must run properly.
2. The BSC must communicate properly with the BTS.
3. The BTS must be configured with the board that controls the RET antenna and connected with the RET antenna.
4. After the setting of the tilt angle is complete, the RET antenna from certain manufacturers does not allow the adjustment of the tile angle without the running of the command. The running of this command enables the adjustment of the RET antenna tilt angle.
