1. The BSC must communicate properly with the BTS.
2. The BTS must be configured with TRXs.
3. At least one MS is in conversation.
4. When stopping the loopback on the remote speech channel, set the parameter User Stop Loop Type to the same as that for starting the loopback on the remote speech channel. For example, if the parameter User Start Loop Type is set to BYMSISDN when the loopback is started, User Stop Loop Type must be set to BYMSISDN when the loopback is stopped. You can run the DSP RMTSPCHLOP command to query the result of the loopback on the remote speech channel.
