Configuration Policy |
This is the most important software parameter because its value determines whether the threshold is adjusted upward or downward. Therefore, this is the primary software parameter that should be considered during the adjustment of software parameters. When the voice performance is unsatisfactory (excluding the situation that the channel quality is very poor), you can increase the parameter value if the adaptive medium and low rate mode is used widely; or you can reduce the parameter value if the adaptive medium and high rate mode is used widely (excluding the situation that the channel quality is very good). The value of this parameter should be higher in DTX-enabled situation than in DTX-disabled situation. |
