If the dynamic PDCH uses the MAIO of the SDCCH, a timer is required. This parameter specifies the length of the timer.Before the timer expires, the SDCCH is not assigned to a new call.When the timer expires, the PDCH preempts the MAIO if the SDCCH is idle; the PDCH cannot preempt the MAIO if the SDCCH is not idle. |
