Description |
This parameter specifies through which coding scheme the frequency hopping sequence is sent to the MS in the assignment or handover. If this parameter is set to CA+MA mode, the frequency hopping sequence is indicated by the CA and MA information elements carried in the assignment or handover command. If this parameter is set to Frequency List mode, the frequency hopping sequence is indicated by the Frequency List information element carried in the assignment or handover command. If this parameter is set to Optimized CA+MA mode, for single-band cells, only the MA information element is carried in the assignment command; for other cells, both the CA and MA information elements are carried in the assignment command. |
