If the number of PDCHs configured in the cell is smaller than that reserved in the PS cells, compare the PDCHs calculated on the basis of Maximum Ratio Threshold of PDCHs in a Cell (%) and the PDCHs reserved in the cell. Then, the smaller value is taken as Number of Reserved Channels in PS Cells. Convert the TCHFs that meet the requirements to PDCHs. The reserved PDCHs are not released when the channels are idle. |
