Generally, the virtual network port mechanism applies to only the GXPUM/GXPUT. The panel of the GXPUM/GXPUT is connected to the external network to process the short message service. Therefore, the MAC Address of External Network and the IP Address of External Network should be configured in the GXPUM/GXPUT, thus separating the internal network from the external network. |
