If the BSC has to support GPRS, EDGE, AMR, eMLPP, inter-RAT handover, or A over IP, this parameter should be set to GSM_PHASE_2+. Generally, the setting of this parameter should be consistent with that of Um Interface Tag and Abis Interface Tag. |
