Description |
This parameter specifies the start conditions of the BTS local switching. Unconditional Start: The BTS Local Switch function is enabled without any condition. Start When Abis Congests: The BTS local switching function is enabled when the congestion rate on the Abis interface exceeds the Start Abis Threshold for BTS. Start by Prefix Number: The BTS local switching function is enabled if the first bits of the MSISDN for the called or calling MSs exist on the BTS Local Switching Prefix Start tab. |
