Description |
This parameter specifies the start conditions of the BSC local switching. Unconditional Start: The BSC Local Switch function is enabled without any condition. Start When Ater Congests: The BSC local switching function is enabled when the congestion rate on the Ater interface exceeds the Start Ater Threshold for BSC. Start by Prefix Number: The BSC local switching function is enabled if the first bits of the MSISDN for the called or calling MSs exist on the BSC Local Switching Prefix Start tab. |
