Description |
When the BSC performs flow control detection, it saves the number of currently assigned message packets in the filter queue. The filter counts the average number of message units assigned by the BSC, that is, the average load of the BSC. This parameter specifies the length of the filter queue when the BSC takes samples and indicates the number of times that the BSC has assigned the message units when its average load is counted. |
