Table mask of Minor level Flow Control Between BM and TC

This parameter specifies the control table mask of the minor flow control between the TC subrack and the BM subrack.

The value of this parameter has 32 bits. Bit9-Bit0 identify the flow control mask of the terminated call, Bit25-Bit16 identify the flow control mask of the originated call. If a bit is set to 1, the message mapping to this bit is discarded, if a bit is set to 0, the message mapping to this bit is not discarded. The BSC determines whether to discard a message based on the message index and the value of this parameter.

For example, if the Bit4 of this parameter is 1 when the called message with the index number 5 comes, the BSC discards the message. If the Bit4 of this parameter is 0, the BSC does not discard the message. The index number is 1-10 on the circulation use.
