Description |
This parameter specifies the value of the timer for the flow control between the TC and BM. When the GSCU in the TC subrack detects that the CPU is overloaded, congestion control in the TC subrack, that is, the flow control between the TC and the BM, is enabled. After this timer expires, the flow control ends. |
