Description |
This parameter specifies the maximum number of retransmitted A interface circuit reset messages. When the circuits on the A interface at the BSC side are reset, the BSC sends a reset message to the MSC and starts a timer. If the BSC fails to receive a response from the MSC before the timer expires, the BSC resends the A interface circuit reset message. |
