Non double-transceiver receive sensitivity

Parameter Name

Non double-transceiver receive sensitivity

Description

This parameter is one of the items in the formula for calculating the UL and DL balance performance measurement. The default value of this parameter is 11050, which indicates -110.5 dBm.

Parameter Relationship

1. If a TRX is not configured with a TMA, the formula for calculating the UL and DL balance performance measurement is as follows:

UL and DL balance performance measurement = DL receive level - UL receive level - (MS sensitivity - BTS sensitivity) - diversity gain

2. If a TRX is configured with a TMA, the formula for calculating the UL and DL balance performance measurement is as follows:

UL and DL balance performance measurement = DL receive level - UL receive level - (MS sensitivity - BTS sensitivity) - diversity gain - Loss and sensitivity

The BTS sensitivity described in the preceding formulas varies on the basis of the BTS type.

If a double-transceiver BTS is used, the BTS sensitivity equals the double-transceiver receive sensitivity.

If a non double-transceiver BTS is used, the BTS sensitivity equals the non double-transceiver receive sensitivity.
