If this parameter is set to Yes and if a cell is not configured with an inter-frequency neighbor cell, the BSC does not send an SI 2ter message to the cell. If this parameter is set to Yes and if a cell is configured with an inter-frequency neighbor cell, the BSC sends an SI 2ter message to the cell. If this parameter is set to No, and the "Send System Information 2ter" is Yes,the BSC sends an SI 2ter message to a non-dualband cell;Or the "Send System Information 2ter" is No,the BSC does not send an SI 2ter message to a non-dualband cell. |
