Description |
This parameter specifies that when the site is powered off, the BCCH TRX is locked. When the BSC receives the call drop report from the BTS and this function is disabled, only the TRXs (configured as Shut Down Enable) rather than main BCCH TRXs are disabled; if this function is set to yes, all TRXs under the site including the main BCCH TRXs are disabled so as to fulfill energy efficiency. |
