Description |
This parameter specifies the reserved bandwidth threshold of the IP path, that is, the percentage of the reserved bandwidth of the IP path to the bandwidth of the IP path. |

Configuration Policy |
This parameter indicates the reserved bandwidth threshold of the IP path. When the bandwidth used by the traffic reaches this threshold, the LDR activities, queuing, and preemption are triggered. The LDR activities consist of the PS speed limitation, AMRC, TCHH preferred, and TCHF-TCHH handover. If this parameter is set to a small value, the time to reach the reserved threshold is shortened. The threshold depends on the actual traffic volume on the current network. It is recommended that the parameter be set to 95. |

Caution |
Transport Resource Bandwidth x (100 - Reserved Bandwidth Threshold)/100 ≥ Bandwidth of a single full-rate CS call in the FR coding scheme. The recommended bandwidth of a single full-rate CS call in the FR coding scheme is 20 kbit/s. |
