Parameter Name |
Start CIC |
---|---|
Description |
A circuit identity code (CIC) uniquely identifies a timeslot that carries traffic (voice). The Start CIC identifies E1 timeslot 0. If the Start CIC increases by one, E1 timeslot 1 is indicated. If the Start CIC increases by two, E1 timeslot 2 is indicated. This parameter can be configured and modified by users. The 32 E1 timeslots on the A interface have three states: occupied, CIC, and idle. E1 timeslot 0 is used for synchronization and is in occupied state. |
