This parameter specifies whether the cell support the Network Assisted Cell Change (NACC) function. In network control mode NC0, NC1, or NC2, when the MS is in the packet transmission mode, the network informs the MS of the system information about neighbor cells in advance. Therefore, the cell reselection of the MS is accelerated. |
