Description |
This parameter specifies whether the cell supports the PACKET SI STATUS procedure. When the cell is configured with the PBCCH, the MS sends the Packet PSI/SI Status message to the BSC, indicating that the MS has stored the system message. The BSC sends the Packet Serving Cell Data message to the MS, indicating that the MS does not store the system message. |
