Description |
This parameter specifies whether to allow the MSs of special access classes to access the network. This parameter is used for load control. Value 1 indicates that access is not allowed. Value 0 indicates that access is allowed. For example, 000001 indicates that users of all classes except class 10 are allowed to access the network. In the cell where the traffic volume is heavy, congestion may occur in busy hours. For example, more RACH burst occurs, the AGCH flow is overloaded, or the Abis interface flow is overloaded.If this parameter is set to 1 for the MSs of some classes, the traffic volume in this cell may be reduced. |
