Configuration Policy |
The CBA function applies to special conditions. If this parameter is set to Yes and Cell Bar Quality (CBQ) is set to No, only handovers are allowed in a cell, and direct access of an MS is not allowed. This condition applies to a dual-network coverage cell. For a common cell, this parameter should be set to No. The value of CBA affects the network access of an MS. |
