Description |
This parameter specifies the threshold for determining whether the MR about a DCS1800 cell is valid. If the receive level of the 1800 MHz cell in the measurement report is greater than the value of this parameter, the measurement report is valid. After the measurement report is filtered, the cell joins in the cell priority sequence. 0: 0 dB 1: 6 dB ... 6: 36 dB 7: ∞ |
