Description |
This parameter specifies whether to allow flow control when the SD channel is congested. When the SD channel is congested, the system information is modified to reduce the number of retransmissions of random access requests and prolong the retransmission interval. In addition, the value of T3122 is increased in the immediate assignment reject message to prolong the interval of MS access attempts. |
