Configuration Policy |
1. If this parameter is set to 15, no special processing is performed for an emergency call. To perform special processing, set this parameter to a value in the range of 1 to 14. 2. If the Emergency Call Preemption Permitted is set to ON, the priority level can be used in TCH preemption. Level 1 is the highest level, and level 14 is the lowest level. 3. If a cell can admit different priority levels of users, the BSC determines whether the reserved channel resource is allocated to an emergency call user or another user by comparing their priority levels. |
