Configuration Policy

In dual-band networking mode for densely populated urban areas, the level drops rapidly due to multiple barriers. The propagation loss of the 1800 MHz frequency band is greater than the propagation loss of the 900 MHz frequency band. Considering the preceding factors, you can enable the Rx_Level_Drop HO Allowed for the DCS1800 cell.

Under normal conditions, this parameter is set to No. To support the rapid level drop handover, the BSC must have the original MR.
