Level HO Allowed |
---|---|
Description |
This parameter specifies whether the layered hierarchical handover is enabled. Cells are set to different layers and different priorities to implement the layered hierarchical handover. Then, based on the layers and priorities, calls are handed over to the cells with high priority (priority is related to Layer of the Cell and Cell Priority). |

Configuration Policy |
The lower the layer is, the higher the priority is. The lower the hierarchy is, the higher the priority is. The layered hierarchical handover cannot be triggered if the serving cell has the highest priority in the queue or if the level of the target cell is lower than the Inter-layer HO Threshold. If this parameter is set to Yes, a call is handed over to the target cell that has a higher priority than the serving cell. |
