This parameter specifies whether the interference handover is enabled. Caution |
The interference handover decision consists of the uplink interference handover decision and the downlink interference handover decision. During the interference handover, an MS is preferentially handed over to a target cell. If no target cell is available, the MS can also be handed over to a channel within the serving cell on condition that the intra-cell handover is enabled. |
